Menifee Valley Incorporation Committee (MVIC) is a 501(c)4, non-profit organization of community leaders dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Menifee Valley through the establishment of a new city which gives greater local control and a voice to all citizens and businesses within the new city.

The Menifee Valley Incorporation Committee was established in March 2001 to continue the effort that other community leaders started in 1992. Its formation was based on widespread community consensus to explore the feasibility of incorporating as an independent city.
